Marc is a qualified Mortgage Broker based in Lennox Head, NSW. Marc was working in Share-trading and Margin Lending at CommSec in 2007. In 2010, he left a began working as Property Investment Strategist in Sydney.
After moving to Brisbane in 2014, Marc continued with Property Investment. Selling over $100M in property over the next few years, he noticed some Clients were being given seemingly ordinary Finance Advice which meant hard-working Clients were missing out on excellent Investment opportunities, or eventually having to sell their Investment Property because their Debt Strategy was inept and their Cashflow poor.
In 2019, Marc started doing Finance Brokering, and by late 2020, Wellington Finance was born. What began as a side-business to help friends, family, and close-knit Clients with Finance solutions, quickly become his main Business.
Property Experts - who were once Marc's competitors - are now his collaborators. Real Estate Professionals refer Marc their Clients for Finance because they know he understands and appreciates Property Investment Process and what Buyers require.
In 2021, Marc moved from Brisbane to Lennox Head NSW with his Wife, Justine, and two sons, Franky and Wolf. He and his family are loving the beachside lifestyle, clean air, and sense of community.
