Maria didn't show professionalism - Maria was helping a family member and did not show the professionalism we expected. In getting the loan, she did not provide proper advice, used pressure tactics and denied any responsibility for the advice she gave. We lost our super because of her actions or lack of actions and denied any responsibility. One star is too much.
