We rented through this company and they are the worst real estate agents I have ever dealt with, I've been renting with other real estate agents since 2004 and they are dodgy as hell, trying to pressure me into getting NDIS so that they could pocket $50k from the govt' they had 10 people working for the property I rented from and the ad for rent was Facebook so that said it all, after nearly 13 months of their incompetent business my landlord finally got rid of them, they have no experience in renting/rentals and what I've read they are dodgy as hell, believe me stay away do not rent from this liha shonking business, the workers are arrogant aswell, Weng, Ellie to name a couple, Mario apparently was the head renter, never met him in the 13 months at all while he rented to us, so dodgy.

Before I start the process, told my situation. They mention everything is good. Paid $5000. Didn’t get anything from them. I ask for a refund however they don’t want to refund the money, Mario always chase you only if you have money.

So where do I start. When my wife and I first met the LIHA team whom I admit were highly professional from the start, I was completely skeptical. My first search regarding them was looking for SCAM alerts and so forth as it just seemed too good to be true. I also must ashamedly confess that I essentially ghosted them for months despite having paid a miniscule deposit to proceed but in my opinion I did this in an earnest hope that miracles could happen. So why would I say all this.?, great question and it was related to my age and questionable residential status as I have worked overseas for decades and am certainly past my clubbing years, well in principal in any case. I didn't believe there was any chance I would be able to obtain finance and thus obtain a house but being daring and still in hope I paid another modest amount to get the ball rolling. A ball I believed was square and subsequently and consistently I ignored much of the communication from their team, mostly as I was afraid of the impending disappointment. How wrong I was and how much time and energy I could have saved if I knew what I know now. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Mario, Dalton and the entire LIHA team for not only restoring my faith in their profession, well at least Landmark Investments, but also setting in motion our course to our brand new house which we will be occupying by mid year. I am converted and they patiently and professionally pulled off what I consider to be a miracle or act of genius. I highly, highly recommend Landmark Investments to any prospective home buyer and can promise you this, they do what they say and if they make a promise, they keep it. Thank you all so very much for this amazing gift.

DON'T DO IT!!! My personal experience with Landmark Investments Australia has been a financial nightmare. 12 years later I am still in similar debt due to the lies and property scams that I was signed up to. They have ruined my life in so many ways. Mario promises but does not deliver. Wipes his hands of you even when you ring in despair.

Landmark Investment Australia is nothing but a scam. They deserve no star. My experience with this company was terrible. This company that claims to exist over 27 years has no credibility and their staff are unprofessional. The MD known as Mario cannot be trusted and he is not reliable. It is very difficult to get your money back once they have your money. This company caused me so much frustration which also affected my family. It all began, when I contacted them about investment. They were so desperate and kept calling me, convincing me to come to their office to have a discussion. During the initial consultation, their MD convinced me that same day to make deposits for some properties which I did. I later went home to do some research about the company and the investment strategy. However, I wasn't satisfied with what I discovered and I informed them that I was no longer interested in the investment proposal. I also requested for my deposits to be refunded. It appeared to me that they were forcing me to go ahead with the investment proposal as they kept sending me emails and also they organized the second consultation. I refused to sign any documents and declined the second consultation. I kept requesting for my refunds. They kept assuring me that they were going to refund me. They asked me for my bank details which I sent to them. They later told me that the accountant would like to confirm my bank details over the phone. Which he later did. They later advised me that their MD would like to speak to me to confirm my bank details. However, l kept calling to follow-up regarding my refund. At most times neither the MD nor their staff would answer my calls. This took a very long time as I kept calling back until their MD eventually called me to assure me that they would process my refund. Still the company didn't process my refund. I eventually got my refund by another means after waiting for over 7 weeks. My advice to anyone who intends to do business with this company, Landmark investment Australia / Melbourne Property Investment is to avoid this company, if you value your money as it is not worth it.

Everything happens for a reason, We were looking into getting an investments. We were invited to a birthday party and we didn't know that Landmark Investment had a presentation. We couldn't believe it was what we were looking for. Mario Pizarro and team are wonderful! We thought we couldn't afford it but Mario showed us the way. Now we have settled one property and waiting for another one. Thank you Mario and team!
