If I could give less one star rating I would. I have been following Mary’s content for a while now. I had booked a 15 minute strategy call. She called me today, I started to tell her my story and that I had been liaising with a mortage broker and accountant her response “why do you need me then” aggressively. I proceeded to say, “I just thought I’d seek your professional opinion as I have been following along and been waiting for the right time to reach out”. Her response was “I would suggest that you stick with your broker you are using, I don’t want to interfere” and practically ended the call. I was dismissed within 2 minutes of her time. Don’t believe everything you see online, she’s useless and not worth having on a your supportive panel of people. First home buyers, if you’re not ready to buy right now. Don’t bother with Mary, I think she’s probably one of the worst out there. I have blocked all her content so I will no longer see it. 😁

Mary had a Tik Tok published where she stated first home buyers only needed a 5% deposit. I politely commented and told her to remind people about the other fees they’ll need to have money for as well as they’re often forgotten. She commented back aggressively and said that was not true! I challenged her by stating they will need money for building and pest, legal fees, transfer fees etc. a lot of other people did too. She’s since deleted her Tik Tok account. I wouldn’t be so sure she knows what she’s doing or is a very nice person.
