I recently moved into my dream apartment thanks to Matt, Sophie, and the team at Network Finance, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. As a first-home buyer in one of the most challenging and competitive property markets Australia has ever seen (Brisbane), they were with me every step of the way. Not only did they guide me through the process, but they also handled so much behind the scenes steps/forms etc that I would have had to manage myself if I hadn't used a broker. They also helped me qualify for and successfully secure a place in the government's very new Help to Buy scheme. Despite it being the first time they had worked with a client wanting to use the scheme, they navigated the process with confidence and professionalism. What could have been an overwhelming process felt clear and manageable because they guided me through every step and kept everything moving efficiently. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and they were always happy to help. If they didn't know an answer straight away, they were upfront about it and always got back to me once they had the information. I was never left wondering or chasing things up. As someone who struggles daily with ADHD, there is simply no way I could have done this without Matt and the team's support. They kept everything clear and manageable, and I always knew exactly what needed to happen next and in what order. Towards the end of the process, after I'd put my offer in, Matt was practically on call for me. He also shared advice and information about the entire buying journey, not just the mortgage side of things, which made a huge difference. I genuinely cannot thank Matt and the team enough. If you're looking to buy property, this is the best first step you can take. They care about doing their jobs properly, but more importantly, they genuinely care about their clients as well.
