Mel Pearce

I am a co-founder of The Money Collective, a Mortgage Broker and Money Coach. I create a space for people to talk and share their money stories in a meaningful way, and feel empowered to achieve the things they want. Money management and our ability to pay for things underlie so many of our decisions. My lifetime of experience in banking and finance allows me to have a positive impact on my community by fostering long term relationships, and I provide a personal experience based on my clients individual values, priorities, and goals.

I want people to take control of their finances and feel good when it comes to their money. I want the power to move from the pockets of the big banks and institutions into the hands of the people, through education, information and support when it comes to managing their own money.

I live in the Yarra Valley with my family, and I love being part of the community. As a family like travelling across Australia towing our camper trailer, and we love spending time outdoors enjoying the beautiful country.
