A very responsive service by Narelle, Tania and Juliet alike - even outside business hours, which is helpful when you have to work all day and complete paperwork after hours. No question went unanswered and the best product supplied for more than one application during property offers and purchases. I would have no hesitation recommending Gloss to anyone interested in financing a property. Gloss also has access to pre-Settlement insurance which is not typically offered by property insurance companies unless by referral. Thank you for a very positive experience. We won't hesitate to come back again.
