This was our first home and we (me and my wife) were very nervous, as we were not sure if we were financially ready. We were postpoing the decision for 2-3 years just because of the same. I met some mortgage brokers initially and it was very evident that there were interested only in what best they can sell. However, Nariman turned out to be different and he spent effective time with us in understanding our situation and our fears. We took months in finalizing our house and making decisions but he handled us with patience and presented all possible options which enabled us to take the right decision.
