We were desperate first home buyers, and many brokers told us we couldn’t use any of the first home buyer schemes because my partner had bought and sold a property 15 years ago. However, Nathan’s expertise made all the difference. He advised us to get proof of the sale, which clarified the situation. At first, we didn’t continue with him, as my partner’s accountant suggested working directly with a bank lender. Unfortunately, that led to two rejections without us even understanding the reasons. When we reached out to Nathan again, he immediately ran a credit check and discovered the issue: a credit card that should have been closed months earlier was still active, negatively impacting our credit score. He guided us through resolving it—a process that was very stressful and time-consuming for us—but thanks to him, we were finally ready.
