I had a really difficult refinancing situation - I refinanced in 2015 and at the same time paid out a loan on an investment property. The broker at the time did not register the discharge on the investment property leaving Citibank on the title documents - nobody wanted to help, not Citibank, not Aussie Home Loans not NAB. It took Nick’s gentle persuasion and persistence to get it done. Without Nick I would have had to engage solicitors at significant cost. Thanks for hanging in with this one Nick.
