We had been approached directly by banks with respect to seeking a loan for our dream home we had recently exchanged on. All were very helpful at first interaction and as progress was made they became less and less interested or motivated to assist my wife and I as it wasn't a clean cut property for them (needed renovations). Upon getting in touch with Peter and Natasha at YBR they gave us their word that they would find us a solution (i was still concerned at this point).
