Update April 2025: A year later, Regan once again helped us with refinancing and getting a much better rate. We’re very appreciative of his time and assistance! Reagan was super efficient and very helpful. As an example of efficiency, I called him one afternoon as a new client, explaining our tight timeframes and sent him our documentation. We met the next morning and Reagan was able to present us with some options for a loan. He has been helpful and transparent during the whole process which has made a daunting experience, not so scary!
