Me and my partner couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Renee and Angela. I can't even begin to tell you how hard this team works. Do yourself a favour and engage them immediately! We were purchasing some properties over the Christmas period, and Renee was all over the options. She must have come back to us with three or four different choices, but also worked out our finance balances to allow us to potentially borrow against one of the properties in the future. She was also aware that one of the options she provided might have been too slow to be ready by settlement dates. She knows her stuff inside out. The thing is, I can't just review Mortgage Choice here, without going into the kind of "Dream Team" they have working with them. As an interstate investor, one of their team, Vicki, was unbelievably helpful in highlighting areas we might like to look at. Her advice was brilliant, and if you are looking for an investment, talk to her, she's all over it! (I believe she is writing an e book on investing. I'd buy it.) They also put me in contact with a Real Estate Agent who works tirelessly and tenaciously. Lise Vasilouu at Ray White Redbank Plains is an utter treasure. She gave great advice, argued on our behalf when it came to putting in offers and got us some pretty sweet deals. As if all of that was not enough, they also put me in contact with a brilliant and on the ball lawyer, who does not charge a million dollars per phone call, and who is a strong negotiator. Michelle Amalla at Crown Legal Services. Yet another individual who I can't rate highly enough. There were a couple of times she refused to settle because of things lacking on the vendor's side. These people all work so well together, you'd be crazy not to pick the lot of them up as a package and let them run with it. They will have your back.
