Richard Chapman from Seniors First has been a real life saver for both myself & my husband Steve. He has always had our backs, been extremely patient & understanding of our circumstances. I always thought I was a very hard worker, but Richard totally exceeded our expectations, especially walking & talking us through every stage. I wasn't sure how it would work with us being in WA & Richard based in Qld. The geographical distance was never a barrier thanks to Richards energy, thoughtfulness, knowledge & integrity. We cannot thank Richard Chapman enough. He is a real bonus to Seniors First, the institutions he deals with & any clients that he deals with. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Wendy & Steve from WA. Our dreams have started to seem closer than ever. 🤗

When we first started considering going down a reverse mortgage path we debated the tradeoffs of going direct with one of the lenders offering reverse mortgages versus going through a broker. We are now very pleased we decided to go the broker route and especially pleased with our good fortune in having Richard as the broker assigned to us by Seniors First to manage our reverse mortgage application process. From the time of our first video conference, Richard gave us a feeling of competence and confidence. Richard answered our questions clearly and in a timely manner when he could and when he did not know the answer at the time, he took an action to get back to us and always followed through. This is the kind of interaction we always respected and tried to emulate during our business careers, so it gave us a feeling we were in good hands with Richard for our reverse mortgage application process. We know our case involved more broker involvement than normal due to several issues related to the valuation process. We appreciate Richard's timely interactions with the lender's team (and advice to us) to get things on a clear track to resolution and completion. We can recommend Richard and Seniors First without hesitation to anyone considering going down the reverse mortgage path.
