I honestly couldn’t recommend Richard highly enough. There were multiple moving parts with my application, including refinancing, valuation, existing lending and some circumstances that could easily have made the application difficult for a bank to approve. What really stood out was how hard Richard worked to get it across the line. He didn’t just submit the application and hope for the best he stayed on top of the bank, worked through every issue that came up, explained everything to me along the way and kept pushing when things became complicated. There were definitely moments where I thought the deal might fall over, but he never gave up. He went back to the bank, provided the explanations and documentation they needed, and fought to get the decision overturned rather than simply accepting a decline. In the end, he got the loan approved, and I genuinely don’t think it would have happened without his persistence, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile. If you’re looking for a broker who actually cares about getting the right result for you, communicates properly and doesn’t give up when things get difficult, I couldn’t recommend Richard more highly. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. 5 stars doesn’t really do it justice.

WOW! Richard, Phong and their team provided the most seamless experience to what I thought would have been a very complicated situation.
