Ron Taylor is an experienced commercial and residential mortgage and finance broker. Prior to moving into the financial broking arena in 2012, he spent more than 3 decades in senior property development / investment finance roles with 2 of Australia’s major banks.
He specialises in property transactions but also has significant experience in all types of business and commercial transactions, mortgage lending and plant and equipment finance. A highlight was a 50-unit development project that was approved without presales and refinanced as an investment.
Ron combines his intimate banking knowledge with a friendly nature and a genuine passion for working with our clients to find the best possible financial solution that will see their plans come to fruition. Not just an order taker, Ron is able to add value through the depth of his experience.
Ron has a Certificate IV in Financial Services and a Diploma of Finance and Management and is an accredited member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). He is also a Commissioner of Declarations (ex Justice of the peace)
