If I could give Rowan 10 stars, I would. To simplify.. Rowan has been a phenomenal broker in guiding me through a very long and drawn out property settlement. He has been very patient and understanding throughout the 18 months of back and forth ups and downs. Rowan was able to clearly and kindly outline exactly what was required, gave me realistic expectations and was noticeably helpful outside of his work hours when needed at times when the final documents became time sensitive. I would highly recommend Rowan to anyone who needs a kind and gentle approach, especially if you are someone who’s navigating separation as that in itself is very difficult. This is the second time I’ve used Rowan’s services and I will always engage him purely for the patience he has shown. Cannot fault him. Communication was always fast and reliable, he used language that I understood and I completely trusted him with the biggest purchase of my life. Massive thank you to you Rowan. Champagne anyone?!!
