I’m Sam Potter, Founder and Mortgage & Finance Broker at Wealth Builders Finance. We have offices in Watsonia and Camberwell, Melbourne, and work with clients across Australia.
I help people with finance across their home, investments and business. That includes home and investment loans, refinancing, equity release, construction loans, commercial property, business and asset finance.
My starting point is your whole financial position, not just the loan you need today. I look at your income, existing debts, cash flow, property, available equity and what you want to do next. Then we can work out how to structure your finance to help you pay less for your debt, improve your cash flow and keep your future options open.
I work particularly with doctors, lawyers, engineers, executives, business owners and property investors. A high income doesn’t always make lending simple. Bonuses, overtime, private billing, partnership income, director wages, companies and trusts can all be assessed differently by different lenders. Finding a lender whose policy fits your circumstances can matter as much as finding a competitive rate.
Clients come to me when they’re buying a home or investment property, refinancing for a better deal, using equity to renovate or invest, consolidating debt, or funding a commercial property or business purchase. I’m also happy to talk through an idea before you make a move, so you understand what may be possible and how it could affect your cash flow and borrowing capacity.
