Can't speak highly enough of Burhan and Scott. Burhan as my buyers agent was outstanding from start to finish — he took the time to actually explain things properly rather than just telling me what to sign, and never made me feel like a question was too basic. This was my second home loan through Aussie at Manuka. Naturally they have a large range of lenders able to finance your home loan requirements; so they are able to quickly identify the lender that is just right for your stage of life requirements. It is important to know your borrowing capacity as this helps inform your own expectations and again Lida has the information and this can be established at the first meeting. The great thing about Lida is that her expertise and diligence means that finding the right path is made so much easier. This is quite important in this day and age where everything is outsourced, or example the documentation collection and review outfit is acting on behalf of the bank, but is not the bank. Lida has all the right experience, connections and the correct information which really takes all the stress out of it. Aussie at Manuka is a great welcoming team all of its members are really people that were there four years ago when I refinanced my first home through them. Working with Lida and Scott was something I looked forward to during the financing process.
