Matthew is an exceptional advocate who is tireless in his efforts and highly client-driven. Prior to engaging Matthew's services, I had a disappointing experience with a different broker who failed to submit my pre-approval paperwork despite multiple discussions and ample preparation time leading up to an auction (at which I was the winning bidder). Matthew was recommended to me 3 days before this auction and understood the urgency of my situation. He commenced work on my case at midnight(!) and managed to secure a pre-approval in record time prior to the auction so that I could bid with confidence and peace of mind. After being successful at the auction, Matthew and Scott were incredibly accomodating and definitely went "beyond the call of duty" to secure a competitive medical package for me. This included phone calls, video calls and appointments outside of business hours to accomodate my working hours/limited availability as well as firm advocacy when dealing with obstructive bank staff. I was kept in the loop at all stages of the process and explanations were pitched at the appropriate level to me as a first time home buyer. I couldn't recommend Matthew and Scott more highly and will definitely utilise their services again in the future. Thanks Money Quest Balwyn!!!
