Right from our first chat he completely got what I needed. He then sent over a detailed spreadsheet mapping out heaps of different borrowing and repayment scenarios, which gave me total clarity on my budget before I even started seriously hunting for properties. What blew me away was his honesty. He narrowed everything down to a top 4, and the loan he suggested actually paid him a lower commission than the others. It wasn't even the lowest headline interest rate on paper, but he managed to find a policy that waived LMI (Lenders Mortgage Insurance) for my specific situation. Because he found that absolute sweet spot, it worked out by far the cheapest option overall and saved me a massive upfront cost. The whole assessment and lodgement process was a breeze too. I just uploaded my docs to their online portal, answered a few questions and did very little paperwork, and the loan was approved super fast. You could just walk into a normal bank, but do yourself a favor and chat to these guys first. It costs nothing and you get exposed to great lenders you’d probably never find on your own. Zero regrets, will be recommending Spiro to everyone.
