About Steph D'Arcy

Steph commenced her banking and finance career in 2015 with a major bank, beginning as a Business Banking Associate before progressing to the role of Business Banking Manager. During her time in banking, she gained extensive experience across commercial and small business lending, helping a wide range of clients navigate their finance needs and achieve their business goals.

In the later stages of her banking career, Steph specialised in broker partnerships, working closely with mortgage brokers and supporting their clients throughout the lending process. This experience provided her with valuable insight into the challenges and roadblocks that can arise during the approval journey, giving her a strong understanding of how to deliver better outcomes for clients. After several years of joking, and perhaps not entirely joking, about joining the Gippsland Finance Solutions team, Steph officially made the move in April 2024.

Since then, she has brought her extensive banking expertise, client-first approach, and passion for achieving results to the business. While she enjoys helping clients from all walks of life, she has a particular passion for supporting small business owners and helping them secure the funding they need to grow and succeed. Steph thrives on finding solutions, overcoming challenges, and making the finance process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Her commitment to delivering exceptional service and positive outcomes ensures her clients feel supported every step of the way. Having recently relocated to Warragul, Steph's presence further strengthens Gippsland Finance Solutions' reach across the Gippsland region, allowing the team to support even more local individuals, families, and businesses.
