I have taken a long time to actually post this review as I didn't want to write something "quick and just to be done with it", as that would be a complete opposite of how I feel. My husband and I woke up one morning with the decision to buy a house, it was either now or never kind of thought. I had Steve's phone number from a friend of mine who recently bought a house. I dialed his number with no particular question in mind, just uncertainty. As soon as Steve started asking me questions, I realized that his questions were right and on point. He did not sound like a "sales man" trying to catch me, he sounded like he cared. He guided me with what needed to be done and looked at before we start the process of buying our first house and everything fell into place. I do believe, that if it wasn't for Steve, we would not have gone any further with the idea of applying for a loan. During the entire long process with FHB application, getting everything in order - Steve was our go to contact - always making himself available for a chat, always helpful in finding solution to problems that had nothing to do with his job, he was just willing to make our lives easier altogether. This may sound like a fairytale, but it's true! No doubt, our application was successful and we now owe our first home! Steve is definitely going to be our broker for life and I hope that his work ethic, his effort, his knowledge get recognized by the Company and brings him enormous success in his career!
