Steven , Zen @ MBO have been Outstanding in supporting me as a first time investor purchase a house in a SMSF . I have to say the deadline on this was tight 4.5 weeks left to get a house under contract and I didn’t even have a SMSF set up ! At no point did Steven say it’s not possible , he actually supported the time line and said let’s go for it . YES there was a lot of work that went into it needing to have all that was required ready for Steven and Zen and Catherine and her team at Tick Tax accounting . But the support in the back ground and follow up to ensure this happened was INCREDIBLE. Zen - a lovely human being who makes sure everything required was met from an audit and compliance point of view , replying to my million questions , thoughts or ideas replying with pace and urgency . Adding to this the deadline was tight and the follow up with the required parties was supported and pushed to ensure the deadline was met .
