Our experience with this broker was extremely disappointing. We clearly requested a fixed-rate home loan, but the broker submitted it as a variable loan without our consent. This serious mistake caused unnecessary delays and confusion with the bank. We had to repeatedly follow up to get the issue corrected, and only after we informed them that we would escalate the matter to AFCA did they start taking proper action. Such errors in handling financial matters are unacceptable, and the lack of accountability and attention to detail was concerning. I hope the firm reviews its internal processes to prevent this from happening to other clients.
