Sue offers outstanding customer service and looks after her clients for the life of their home loans. Everyone who knows Sue will tell you she works very hard for every client and it is a pity to see an ungrateful, short sighted individual posting an unfair comment. Just saying!

We travelled into the city to a pre-arranged appointment with Sue & she did not turn up, only responding that she was stuck in traffic when we contacted her. We found her to be unreliable & contradictory in the little information provided so far. Very poor customer service, would give a miss. [Sue initially responded to this review with an attempt to explain the situation. That comment has since been replaced with a bizarre comment questioning the ligitimacy of this review based on the photo. Proofs in the pudding - dont make an appointment with someone, let them travel to the city, not be there & make no effort to tell them. Pretty simple.]
