Best in the Market! As a first home buyer, I had no experience or knew what I needed to do in order to buy a house. I came across Sunny's company via google search and booked first appointment with him over a call. During the first appt, he explained to me the basics of house buying and loan and all the other things related to it. I remember I had so many questions and Sunny took his time to explain all of them even the stupid ones as well. He encouraged me to go for auctions so as to get a first hand experience and gave me tips as to how should I pitch my offer. After I liked one of the properties, he helped me to put an offer and once the offer got accepted, then Sunny took over and introduced me to a conveyancer and then both of them handled all the paper work. Im so grateful that I came across Sunny or I would have been still looking for a home as a first home buyer. Im very grateful to him and his team for looking after me through this whole process and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family and to anyone specially a first home buyer to speak to Sunny and seek his services. My home loan was pre approved within a few days and after I had put an offer, the final offer was also approved in around 3days which is remarkable. Thank you again Sunny. Appreciate all your help!
