Patrick remembered from a previous interest rate enquiry about how I do my budgeting and took that into consideration when we were looking to refinance for renovations. Knowing I like many different accounts and being able to use all our money to offset our home loan is a huge benefit. The process of getting the information to the team was all online and you can save your progress. With any home loan application, the household income and expense information is always a time-consuming component. Being able to enter your income and expenses in monthly/fortnightly/annual (whichever worked for you) was brilliant as I didn't have to think too hard about converting my budget to match a certain format. The process was quick and all questions answered very very quickly. I was kept informed of all the steps, progress and timeframes. There was no guesswork with what was coming next.
