Thuy was outstanding through our whole experience with Rise High and we can’t thank her enough. We had become what I call ‘loan lazy’ just coasting along making mortgage repayments assuming that the bank was doing the right thing by us. They of course were not!! We were on the worst deal possible and the bank stood to make a better than fair profit out of our ignorance and complacency. When we realised that we would be retiring still owing a large amount on a large mortgage we decided We needed to take action now!!! We spoke to Thuy at Rise High Financial Solutions, we didn’t think they would be able to help because our cashflow and overheads were so tight. Thuy looked at our financial situation thoroughly and presented us with a comprehensive assessment and talked us through every single step making sure we understand how everything from interest rates to loan structure works, things we did not know before. Thuy then explained how this was in no way a hopeless situation and how she could help us refinance and restructure our loans on much better rates giving us a much healthier financial outlook. That means savings in the bank and mortgages being paid off. We could finally see light at the end of the tunnel. Thuy and Rise High took care of everything from there on and all we had to do was sign documents. What did this service cost us??? $0. If you’re on the mortgage treadmill like we were and you don’t really understand what all the numbers and double talk means, like we didn’t, go to Rise High Financial Solutions. Yes of course they get commission from the financial institutions they deal with but it’s how they run their business, but at no time did we feel that Thuy was doing this for a kick back, her primary aim was always to take care of us and put us on the right financial track and that’s exactly what she did. Things like a new car, a holiday, and even an investment property are now within our grasp where they were out of the question before. Thank you, thank you, thank you Thuy and all of the Rise High team. When you’re a little guy dealing with the big 4, you need a knowledgeable friend in your corner.
