Update 2024 - have just used Active Finance again! Such a good experience and they've only made improvements to their systems but retained the same personalised service which won us over originally. Had an excellent experience with Wade and the team at Active Finance. If you want transparency, ease of process and regular updates so you're never sitting there wondering what is happening or where things are up to, look no further. From first introduction to explanation of the plan, process and what information is needed, it was really smooth, stress-free and quick! If information is requested, there is a reason for it, and it allows them to give you a tailored scenario with options, pros and cons for different lenders and so on. After sales service was excellent as well, with Wade checking in to ensure that the bank had contacted us about some other products we were interested in, and that the bank had paid the promotional refinance offering as well. With rates doing what they're doing at the moment, it costs you nothing to have a chat with them and see what's possible!
