What impressed us even more was that her support didn’t stop after settlement. She continued to check in with us, reminded us about our repayments and gave us helpful advice about what to be aware of going forward. Andrew and the team were outstanding throughout what was a fairly complicated SMSF loan process. My situation had a few layers of complexity to it, and Andrew took the time to properly understand it, worked through multiple lender options, and kept me informed at every stage of the way. He was responsive, transparent about commissions and costs upfront, and gave me honest, considered advice rather than just pushing the fastest option.
