We need to refinance but had a tricky case so we thought of going to a mortgage broker to get assistance but the mortgage brokers we enquired at were either slow to respond/unresponsive or would only send us the form to refinance without even explaining how this and that works. But not until we found Paul (who was recommended on a Pinoy FB group as well!). He’s very responsive, knowledgeable, and even provides insight/advises on how to maximise what we have! He’s also not the type to force in their ideas and respects what we think best suits us. Since this is our first time refinancing, we had a lot of questions and Paul was there, patiently answering each of them until we understood it. He’s also very detailed on his work. Makes sure all is done correctly and if there’s anything missing, would ask us so he knows how to apply it on our application. He made our case such a breeze that we didn’t even worry at all! And even after the refinance has been settled, he’s still checking up on us if we’re having isssues or anything which we really appreciate!
